We are very pleased to announce that the Silent Heroes Memorial Center is open again.

  • Visits to the Silent Heroes Memorial Center are possible without prior registration.
  • If you have had contact to anyone infected with COVID-19 in the past 14 days or have an infection of the upper airways yourself, we must ask you to refrain from visiting the memorial center.
  • Please disinfect your hands when entering the building.
  • Visitors have to wear a mask covering their mouth and nose.
  • Please keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters.
  • Please observe the general distancing and hygiene rules for avoiding corona (SARS-CoV-2) infections.

  • Please register at the information desk on the 1st floor before visiting our exhibitions.
  • A maximum of 10 persons on the 1st floor, 40 persons on the 2nd floor, and 10 persons on the 3d floor may occupy the exhibition rooms and reception area at once.
  • You can view all exhibition rooms, but please avoid forming groups.
  • For hygiene reasons, please only operate the media stations in the exhibition using a stylus pen (available at reception). Please return the stylus pen at the end of your visit. Thank you.
  • Group visits, guided tours, seminars, and events can only take place in modified formats.
  • Until further notice, the Silent Heroes Memorial Center closes at 6 p.m. on Thursdays as on other days.

All groups of more than 6 people that do not book our tours require prior registration. Please contact us on: bildung(at)gedenkstaette-stille-helden.de. Please bear in mind that groups may only be granted access to the permanent exhibition as space allows. We apologize for any inconvenience.
